By the
end of 10th five year plan demand of petrol and diesel is 52.33 million tons.
we plan to extract bio diesel from jatropha plant by tran esterification
process.Bio diesel have similar properties like diesel can be used as
ordinary diesel. we plan to take lands from farmers in the madurai and
vellore district( in tamil nadu) grow jatropha plant, extract bio diesel and
going to sell in the same villages and southern railway. we plan to implement
in 3 phases 1st phase(0-10 month)- development of Alovera plant 2nd phase
(11- 24 month) - installing esterification unit and starts production 3rd
phase ( 3- 5 years) - production at peak In 2 years we will reach break even
point. |

Solar cell panel having length 100cm & breadth 5cm,receiving its solar
power by a parabolic reflector, this will increase the average power output by
a solar cell throughout a day by at least 400% & hence the cost of 1 unit
of energy produced by a solar power system will be equal to that of a thermal
power plant.(The parabolic reflector is made up of a steel plate polished
with silver on its inner surface which is then again covered with polymer to
make it environment resistent.) |
Environment |
Solar
power systems are not popular throughout the world because of the high costs
involved with it,but with this idea the cost will go down to 1/4th of its
present costs and the solar power systems will become very popular. Secondly
with the continuous technological advancements going on in solar cell
technology, the cost of per unit power produced by a solar power system is
going to decrease continuously in future this will make solar power systems
more economical then any other type of power plant. Lastly we know the
numerous benefits of utilization of solar power with this becoming popular,I
think it will be a big step toward saving our environment. |

Energy
- One crisis that will constrict Indiafs growth Crude oil will soon hit the
$100 mark. While the falling dollar has cushioned the impact momentarily, we
will soon feel the aftershock. The entire world has joined the race to find
alternate sources of energy. The US has begun producing ethanol from corn.
Europe is producing ethanol from potatoes. Brazil has succeeded with ethanol
from sugarcane. For India, the most promising bio-fuel is jatropha which is
probably the cheapest bio-fuel in the world. However, here are a few
constraints: Scarcity of land resource to grow jatropha High
cost of transportation of raw jatropha to factory Jatropha growing
cannot be remunerative for farmers High cost for redistribution of
diesel from factory to consumption points Here are the solutions:
Identify DPZ (Diesel Producing Zones) one in each district DPZ
should be nearest to a railhead Give tax holidays/incentives for
investors to set up refineries in DPZ Begin jatropha cultivation on
railway land between and alongside tracks Lease crop to local farmers
to harvest and deliver to nearest railway station Use rail network to
pick up and deliver to DPZ Use rail network to deliver finished diesel |
Environment |
Use
worldfs largest rail network to grow and deliver bio-diesel Provide
additional income to farmers from sharecropping Use millions of
hectares of unused uncultivable land Save trillions on transportation
Teach the world to save precious fossil fuel at a low cost |

My idea
concerns an intervention into the current education system in India and
ensure that it produces managers who can grow professionally and at the same
time meet the talent requirements of corporate India. As per my idea we shall
establish a organisation / company that at a very early stage shall identify
talented individuals in business and technical schools and ensure successful
placements for them. From thereon we shall ensure that these select
individuals can get exposure to a variety of corporate roles across corporate
organisations (if need be) that offer width and depth of roles. The company
shall ensure that after a suitable period of time we move these individuals
across organisations so that these select individuals grow and this company
in turn shall manage their career aspirations for them as well. Therefore
this company shall be in a position to provide manpower for critical roles
and help tide over the leadership crisis that many times corporate India is
suppose to be suffering from. |
Education |
My
idea changes the situation by ensuring that the company we create to manage
these talented individuals identifies talent at a very early stage and takes
responsibility for developing them (through quality education inputs) and
later manages their careers as well by playing the role of "career
managers". This company / organisation is not a traditional placement
agency that merely places individuals in jobs - they create "individual
brands" which is done by ensuring business inputs through a exposure of
roles and moving these individuals across organisations and creating a
talented leadership pool for corporate India. We therefore have a company
that takes care of these individuals after they complete their education,
start off their careers for them, manage it, build "individual
brands" and supply corporate India with talented managers. |

Tube light
disposal- The project in its present form is to design an apparatus that can
be conveniently used to destroy the used fluoroscent tubelights and bulbs.
These used tubelights contain a high amount of mercury vapor and when broken
in open environment, leads to release of mercury in areas which is harmful to
the environment. Apart from the mercury from these tubes, even the glass of
bulbs and tubes affect the pedestrians adversely. the project intends to
build an instrument which can be used for the above purpose. the instrument
should be closed one, after inserting the tubelight or bulb, the tube is
crushed in a controlled manner inside water. Due to low pressure inside the
tube, water fills up the entire tube condensing mercury vapor. The droplets
of mercury settle down at the bottom of the instrument along with glass and
other remnants. Thus the electrical waste is decomposed in compact form and
using a simple apparatus. Here the waste is not recycled. The main theme of
the above setup is that atleast the electrical waste is segregated in compact
form inside the instrument which can then be dealt periodically by scrap
dealers, while the person possesing that instrument gets paid by the selling
of scrap( broken glass, aluminium fitting and few drops of mercury) Note: I
have personally disposed may tubelights by using a bucket of water and
hammer, but the need is to develop an instrument which can be commercialised |
Environment |
The
simplicity of the above instrument will ensure that the cost of that will be
low allowing most electrical shop owners to posses them. It may become a
routine in the near future to dispose all tubelight and bulb waste in this
instruments. the waste materials which are harmful and recyclable wont end up
in landfills or garbage dumps. By recycling the materials(glass and aluminium
caps) ans segregating harmful element like mercury and selling it off will
also reward the instrument owner. |

wanted to help an NGO to better manage its network of 25 PHC (Primary Health
Care) centre which cater to rural popluation. Given that majority of Indian
population is rural. The importance of such a PHC center in providing health
care services is extremely important. They are the only channel of Government
in implementing any major Health care plan/plociy. PHC typically have a
moderate infrastructure and roughly one computer workstation to track
information A PHC center typically caters to population from Roughly 40-60
villages Roughly 14-20 thousand people (3-5 thousand households) 48 schools
The PHC takes health care services surrounding vaccination Prenatal postnatal
School children nutrition Tracking/Response to epidemics After a some
qualitative research I have found that primary problem that PHC faces is
Tracking History of treatments/visits of patients. Any identification card
given to the patients gets lost, the past data is present in paper registers
etc. can not be quickly accessed or analyzed at global level to help
NGO/Government to plan the operations and budget the operations correctly. I
am working on developing a software system which can be used to solve these
problems.Challenges are 1) Low budget 2) Power failures at PHC (Only 3-6hours
power is present) 3) Behavioral isses (Patients not carrying/Keeping ID card
safe) |

The
basic idea of simplicity in technology lies in the fact that, high technology
products which require minimal behvaioral change from stake holders
(especially consumers) are termed as simple. Such products diffuse faster and
have better chance of acceptance. (proven by academic marketing research and
Philips products) My idea is to use a RFID based system which works on battery
and addresses the behaviroal issues and power failure issues. The
minimization of behavior change will help in diffusion among rural population
across segments. The benefits for all stake holders are: Benefits for
Consumers------------------------Better Healthcare (Huge impact, numbers are
quite large) Benefits for Government-----------------------Better
budgeting/costing/planning/tracking Benefist for
Company/Investors/Employees------Demonstrate simplicity of innovation and
create value for all (societial Marketing orientation) The concept has
novelty and it is implementation potentially patentable (assumption needs
background check). The product has a potential to become an instant hit
because of faster diffusion rate and easier buy in of stakeholders. It can
serve people from other developing countries across the globe (esepcialy
Africa/Asia) The prototyping model will help in reducing the risks. To
summarize the concept has High Returns (consumers as well as company) Less
risks High Innovation yet simple enough for consumers to accept it |

idea
is to have a lever to lift the commode ring{english toilet seats} |
Health |
some
men and kids do not have a habit of lifting the ring on the english seat while
urinating . the reason being they feel lathargic to use their hand to lift
it.so generally they spill all their urine on the seat and the ring, which
can not be used by the ladies and also by others if they want to answer the
calls of the nature.with the push of the pedal the ring could be lifted
easily and thus keep the seat clean . certain dustbins or trash boxes come
with such levers. the same system with alittle bit of modification can be
used on the commodes. this way we can make our train toilets and other public
toilets more hygene. this would help in avoiding certain skin diseases. |

Its
little unusual, but its a real fact. Its regarding toilet flush which we use daily
in our restrooms. We waste lots of water when we use those flushes when we go
only toilet. I am having a design in my mind (as far as I know, none of the
companies have that feature), which can save water not only a litre but few
hundred litres daily. I have been thinking of this for sometime now...but
looking this challange, I found it to be right platform to put my thoughts. |

First
it will save the water in cities specially and in turn will surely save the
environment which is dependent on water. Its also going to improve health as
we will not waste good quality of water by just flushing out. |

(A) They need security of their belongings, hence we provide at a cost less
than Rs 200. (B)Security is the basic foundation needed by all. (C)Its very
simple, with audio alarm system. (D)Small easily serviceable parts are
installed, hence less maintenance. (E) Off course society, banks, and other
institutions focus on security (F)My idea has a ready technical solution.
(G)Password guided circuit components should be kept confidential (H)No other
company is come up with all round security in one cheaper device. (I)The
situations where it can be used are, door alarm, compound fencing, fire
alarm, water level indication, flood control, wireless communication,

Bonds Bonds issued against Education loans given to students in courses with
good job opportunities as underlying asset. The students after employment can
themselves invest in this bonds which will make it self sustainable. The
loans with no default history can also be securitized i.e, pooled together
and sold to Foreign banks as they fall under priority lending sector The
bonds can be graded against merit of students or courses like engineering
bonds, medical bonds to increase demand for those courses with job
opportunities |
Education |
The default
risk is much lower in the pool of loans and hence the students can obtain
loans at much lower rate rather than the current state which requires
collateral from each student Also students with merit can get loans at lower
rates than others as their default risk is lower since they will be in
different pool The bonds will promote education and also be a good investment
opportunity. This bonds will make Education the best investment option for
everybody. |

that the Target Aduience is Children in Schools. Picturesque Monument Drive

Ellora caves, Badami caves etc. The places can be across the religion and
religious places. Every thing has something to offer. All one has to do is,
to prepare a documentary which is both informative and educational.
Archaeological Survey of India help can be sought in this grand project with
the stated objectives. The 10 point utilities of this approach. 1. Children
are made aware of the heritage and its monumental value. 2. The association
for the drive could be sought from any company which associates itself with

Overview:
Today in this internet age where no one has a sufficient time for his/her
life to enjoy, most of the peoples are utilizing the resources as if they are
unaware of or without taking into considerations the impact of those
resources on the environment and indirectly on their lives although all are
using the resources for their benefits . Steps had/are been taken but still
peoples lack of sufficient amount of information. Then it becomes a very
important factor on how to alert the mass of peoples. According to me, if we
are able to convey the information through the means/tools/resources which
most of the peoples used them either because they have interest in them or
use them for mind refreshment etc. then it will lead to an efficient/easy
way. Based on above strategy I have come up with an idea which can be
implemented effectively. Idea: According to me, game development (for
computer, video, mobile, XBox etc.) is one of the means/tool/thing that we
make use of in achieving the same target. The concept of the game will be
same for all (i.e. computer, mobile etc.) but design may vary depending on
hardware and gaming platform. Reason: 1.)Games are worldwide used and may it
be adults or childrens most of them play. 2.)Today big game making companies
have come up and they are making millions of money through games. 3.)The
amount of time a person is spending in playing a game then that time may
became a worth/beneficial for that person. 4.)Today most of the peoples have
mobiles, therefore mobile games can be also made. 5.)It will also be a
beneficial to both company as well as peoples. |
Environment |
As
time is very precious so same amount of time will be utilized for entertaining
as well as learning and learning while playing is considered to be most
effective. If a person finds the information in a game useful then he/she may
further search for the detailed data. It will be a benefit to peoples,
environment, company who will be making such games, environment related
departments as such games will reduce their work in spreading the
information. If this idea come out to be a boom then the same idea can also
be applied in solving other issues such as health, education etc.If we are
able to convey even a small amount of information to peoples through games
then it will be a huge success.(I have also made game design/concept if that
is also required please let me know) |

I have
designed, developed and manufactured a protoype of a new and unique dish
washing machine specially designed for the Indian household. This
simple,low-cost yet useful machine is easy to install and operate.I have
spent several years in research and development of this unique product since
all home appliances exist in the Indian market except an affordable
dishwashing machine. In terms of simplicity and innovation this product is
unique and fits into your motto of a simple but great idea. |
Environment |
This
unique dishwashing machine will change the situation for millions of
households by saving the women from the extreme drudgery of washing dishes
and make life easier for them. The Indian cooking is very tedious using a lot
of oil and masala. The typical Indian woman therefore spends hours washing
dishes and most Indian families are large joint families.Hence my product is
a unique labour-saving device which is also extremely environement friendly.
The water consumption in this unique dishwasher is approxinately 80% less
than in conventional hand washing of dishes. If several million househlods use
this machine then the volume of water saved per day is tremendous.Dishwashing
consumes the maximum amount of water in a household or in a hotel.Hence my
unique product helps to conserve a rare and precious commodity like
water, which is a worldwide shortage. It is also extremely useful in rural
areas for women where they face chronic water shortage and women can finish
there household chores quickly and concentrate time on their families. In
terms of health also their is a huge benefit with this machine since it
cleans in a very hyiegenic manner thus contributing to good health of a
family. |

With this initiative, we would be able to help the farmers get a better
Minimum Support Price for their Yield. This would be done by implementing a
software which would basically take input from the farmer about the details
of his yield, the total output expected and then the expected Support Price.
Now it authenticates his yield and the price entered with the price entered
by other farmers with similar produce and validates it. Upon validating it,
then the yield amount goes into the central database. Now, we issue a
statement inviting for various tenders for the sale of these products. The
basic management will be to make a software which will authenticate the price
entered by a farmer per tonne for a product with another farmer of the same
region for that particular product. The software will basically calculate the
minimum support price and then take the confirmation of that particular
farmer and then the produce will be on sale. The customers can buy the
produce online by accessing the iJK website and bidding for the same starting
with the minimum support price or by applying for a tender for the same. The
advantage to our co-operation is that Re. 1 will be charged for every tonne
of product sold or brought i.e., Re. 2 will be earned, one from the farmer
and one from the buyer. Soon after the bidding, Re. 2 will be deducted per
tonne from the deal and the remaining amount will be delivered to the farmer. |
Environment |
Why
should a farmer approach such an organization : Basically when a farmer sells
his produce to the government or to an individual, the basic price is fixed.
Now if the person or any other organization sells the produce, they will keep
the profits earned by the sales of the produce. But in our case we basically
transfer the extra surplus income we generate to the farmers itself. Why will
any one buy from such an initiative : The simple reason is that they get the
produce for a lesser rate. For example a tonne of wheat which the farmer
sells to a middle man is Rs. 1800. Now that person is going to charge atleast
Rs. 50 per tonne and say he sells it at Rs. 1850 to any of the customers.
Then the customer can bid from Rs. 1802 to Rs. 1849 per tonne in our
initiative. And since this offer is very lucrative, many farmers and
organizations will come to the initiative to buy the produce. Why Re. 1 :
Basically we are charging a minimal fee and the profits are mainly
transferred to the farmers than kept by any middlemen or organization. |

The
business plan I am proposing is e-barter. It is a new age barter system
where people from rural parts of India exchange commodities without involving
any real money transaction. As per the plan, we put up kiosks in villages and
educate people to use them. Kiosks are the point of interaction for villagers
where they can put up their offerings and also see what they can get in
return. Their offerings are collected from the village and taken to a
regional warehouse for storage. The units also undergo a furnishing process
and are eventually packed for deployment. The product dimensions and details
are put up on a website which is open to normal public who are our
end-customers. They can place the orders and the products can be delivered to
a specific location. Avenues for making money: + Commodities bought from
villagers and sold to urban customer. So we can expect a huge profit margin.
+ Advertisements on website. + Commodities exchanged with villagers will be
bought at wholesale price but traded at retail price. |
Environment |
Due to
lack of exposure in rural India, there is a lot of talent that goes wasted.
This plan will help use this talent. Many people in rural India live below
poverty line and this will help them fulfill their basic needs. It will also
empower women to work and sell their work. All the members of the family will
be encouraged to use their talent and make products that can be sold. It will
in turn lead to reduction of poverty and overall prosperity. Through kiosks
we can also educate people and help remove illiteracy. |

BUSINESS
IDEA OUTLINE: I would like to start a website where my business market will
include all four competitive educational areas for: 1.10+2 Students
2.Undergraduates. 3.Graduates. 4.Students seeking admission abroad. BUSINESS
IN BRIEF My website will be offering three lines of products and will provide
course guidance to selected and popular segments of competitive education at
a nominal annual subscription charge of Rs.150 to 200 per annum. Part I ( For
10+2 Students) 1.IIT-JEE. 2.CBSE- MEDICAL 3.CDS Part II ( For undergraduates)
4.CAT 5.UPSC 6. Bank PO Part III ( For students seeking admission abroad)
7.SAT 8.GMAT 9.GRE MY IDEA AS A PROFITABLE VENTURE: My Idea will be a good
profitable venture because at present in India there are 30 lakh students
appearing/ preparing for various competitive examinations every year. Now if
I aim at a subscription of 1% per year (at the least), then the number of
subscriptions per year will be 30,000 candidates. Again with a minimum
subscription charge of Rs 150 per year, earnings for the year will be to
45,00,000 or forty-five lakh rupees per year. And with every percentage
increase of subscription my earnings will increase by 45 lakhs per annum. The
higher the subscription, the higher the returns. |
Education |
Currently
the industry in Education is dominated by two industries in India: IMS and
Brilliant tutorials. Several independent developers also have a significant
combined market share. But, none of these focuses on their ways to improve
its market access nor do they have an approach to decrease its profit on
package that would make them more desirable to the market. And the idea of
such a website will be the first of its kind in India. HOW MY IDEA WILL
CHANGE THE SITUATION: 1. My website plans to offer complete web based service
to its students at a least affordable rate. My charges would be at Rs.150 per
annum compared to Rs.5000/ Rs.10,000 for named tutorials. 2. My website will
be an educational portal which will plan to focus its attention on every
sector of urban and rural access for competitive readiness. 3. Anyone staying
in villages/ small towns in India where tutorials are rare can prepare
himself for the countrys best exam with a click of his mouse. 4. Any person
with disablility who may have problem in traveling to tutorials or are not
accessible to costly education can also increase his spirit of competition
for a better future through my website 5. The objective of my website is to
generate profit, grow the access at a reasonable rate and to further extend its
business of its education to all relative communities. |

The
way Angel Funding/ VC/ PE industry is growing, there is a need to bring them
closer to the idea factory, i.e. the population in the age group 22-30.This
age group in engineering & management institutes is bubbling with ideas
but have no clue where to go from here. These embryonic ideas in most of the
cases dies down. My offering would be to provide a platform which bridges the
two community(i.e. youth & investors). Value addition - Taking crude
ideas from idea factory (youth in the age group of 22-30) plugging the
loopholes legally, refining those ideas & making them presentatble,
maping these ideas with investors area of interest. Revenue Model - The
investor community needs to pay a nominal percentage( spread over a period of
time based on the investment) to us only when the deal converts Online
advertisement from companies with similar Target Audience Event management,

The
idea that I would like to represent is that of large scale conversion of methane
into butane and propane which can then be mixed to get LPG. Use:- The butane
and propane so produced can be mixed in a suitable ratio to get LPG which has
the same constituents. This fuel so obtained can then be used as a fuel for
automobiles and other industrial uses. Sustainability:- This idea makes sense
because the source of methane in this venture will be biogas which is a
totally green fuel and can be easily produced and the supply can be easily
sustained. Business sense:- This idea has great business opportunities as it
can be clubbed with large scale dairy farming and manure production which
will ensure sustained supply of cow dung which forms an excellent precursor
for bio gas production. Also through dairy farming the cost of maintenance of
cattle can be taken care of and can provide the initial buffer till the gas
production becomes profitable. The cost of production of this gas will be
lesser than LPG procured through the fossil fuel route as biogas plants can
be setup close to the urban areas which will offset long distance transport
and purification costs as well. Advantages:- 1.) Low cost of operation 2.)
Very profitable when compared to LPG procurement 3.) No special engines etc.
need to be produced and existing infrastructure can be used. 4.) Green fuel
so production can be easily sustained. No risk of the supply running out as
is suspected for the fossil fuels. 5.) Will prevent any sort of cartelization
as in case of oil producing nations and costs will greatly go down coz it can
be produced locally. Downside:- 1.) Huge amount of industrial scale
production is required to meet present demands. |
Environment |
This
idea will help in overcoming the future shortage of fossil fuels and will
also help India in becoming self sufficient in fuel production. |

This
is another new idea from me. Currently, auto airconditioning is being done
only by installing a compressor system. This drives power from the engine or requires
separate engine (for buses). The cost of fuel consumed for auto
airconditioning can be easily around Rs 3000 crores per year. My idea is to
use vapour absorption system using the exhaust heat for getting the cooling
effect for auto- airconditioning. Surprisingly, the waste heat available in
the exhaust is just right for getting effective airconditioning in the autos.
In the first place, it can be most effective for airconditioning of the truck
cabins and buses, as these generally have longer run and hence vapour
absorption system is more suitable here. There would be no fuel cost and
hence in a bus almost Rs 300 per day would be saved. Air conditioning of the
truck cabin would greatly improve the safety and would reduce the accident
rate. Here the fitment of the vapour absorption system can be factory fitted.
For cars, the problem is that part loads and at starting, the ariconditioning
would be very less. This can be addressed by usng compressor in the beginning
and switching over to vapour absorption system later on. This would greatly
reduce the fuel consumption, as vapour absorption system would not require
any power. |
Environment |
This
idea has a potention to save Rs 3000 crores of fuel being burnt today for
auto airconditioning. It would also reduce the global warming, which is the
buring issue today. |

This
Idea would ecrtainly help in Global Warming. Today almost every Household in Warm
Countries are using Air-conditioners, which may cool a small Premise but in
return generates a Lot of Heat which is released in the Atmoshpere. I
sincerely believe that the heat from the AC MAchines are one of the major
reasons for the Global Warming as more & more Household have started
using the Air-conditioners. My Idea is to invent a Net (mesh)of Heat
absorbing Wire which would be put on all the sides of the Air-conditioners
Machine from where it gives out the Hot Air. This Wire Mesh would absorb the
Heat & convert it to energy and re-use the energy within the machine. The
concept can used in similar way like that of the Automobile uses a Silencer
wherein it reduces the carbon emmission to the atmosphere. My simple reason
to believe this is that to lower the tempreture of 100 Cubic Feet Room Space
by 16 C*, the machine increases the Tempreture by almost 3 C* of the outer
space of almost 10000 Cubic feet. Vinay Gupta. |
Environment |
If
research work is done on my Idea and it is made compulsory for the Air-conditioner
Manufacturers to fit Wire mesh in all the sides of the Machine thereby
reducing the Heat emmission to the Atmosphere, a lot can be achived in
reducing the Global Warming. Also we will be re-cycling the Heat energy and
thereby reducing the operating costs of the machine to certain extent. |

Aim:
To provide an easy yet powerful way to improve peoples healthcare experience.
The way hospitals and the healthcare industry currently functions cause a lot
of inconvenience to patients, their relatives, clients and to a certain
extent their own employees. Right from the admission process to the final
discharge of the patient, there is always some amount of tension and a
feeling of fear which the patient and his relatives & friends go through
due to the lack of knowledge and technological back up available currently.
Once a patient is diagnosed with a problem or disease by his/her family
physician, the cumbersome process begins, which includes 1) Information of
the different test types available 2) Selection of test centre/hospital
(depending upon the type of test, example: dual slice CAT scan, Volume bases
CAT scan, 32 slice CAT scan, 64 slice CAT scan in case of cardiac related
cases) 3) Registering for the prescribed tests 4) Selection of appropriate
time 5) Making an appointment with the test centre 6) Getting information of
the price for the test 7) Making payments 8) Reception of bills/confirmation
slips 9) Taking the required tests 10) Collection of reports personally 11)
Submission of the reports to a qualified medical personnel 12) Diagnosis of
the reports 13) Reference to a specialist by his/her family physician (If
Required) 14) Selection of a Doctor personally best suited for his/her
requirements (If relevant information is made available to the patient, this
practice is rarely done due to non availability of required information) 15)
Treatment advice 16) Admission to a hospital to find a cure or treatment of
disease (If Required) 17) Checking of availability of the beds in the
hospital/nursing home as per requirement 18) Admission to the hospital 19)
Ambulance services if required+costs 20) Procurement of the required medicines/drugs/stents
for treatment 21) Information of visiting hours for relatives and friends 22)
Payment of bills (Either upfront or under an insurance scheme) 23) Storage of
medical records for further reference (Rarely practiced) The entire process
takes up a lot of time and effort, which usually creates a feeling of fear
towards healthcare in the mind of the patient, his/her relatives and friends.
It also burdens the patient with huge medical bills as he/she is rarely
provided with the required information, alternatives and costs of different
medical procedures. Solution: I have thought of a new way of making the whole
process of healthcare simpler and highly cost effective for the patient and
even hospitals/test centers/diagnostic centers. The idea is as follows 1)
Setting up of an internet website which has a database of all the available
hospitals/test centers/diagnostic centers/nursing homes (henceforth referred
to as unit) listed methodically city/region/district/sub-district/postal
code/area/suburb wise (henceforth referred to as region) 2) Displaying
information of all the available tests/diagnosis/ of each unit (with respect
to address, contact details, bus routes, nearest railway station, maps (can
be arranged through Google maps or other means) 3) Categorically displaying
information of all the available doctors (permanent and visiting)in each unit
as per their specialization (example: cardiologist, radiologist,
ophthalmologist , etc.) with the degrees they hold, numbers of years of
experience, age, male/female, contact details 4) Displaying costs of all the
tests conducted as per the particular requirements of each user. 5) Providing
a Compare feature with respect to price of the same tests at different
units. 6) Providing a Compare feature with respect to technical details of
the different tests at different units according to the medical equipment,
technical details and features of the equipment, accuracy of the tests, time
taken, resolution (in case of Ultrasound, CAT scan, MRI), patient exposure to
radiation, availability of digital data of the test results on a CD/DVD or on
the website itself. 7) Making the registration of the test online and making
a appointment with the unit. 8) Providing a fix time slot for the test (for
convenience to the patient) 9) Providing an online payment gateway and
providing confirmation slip/receipt to the user 10) Making prior appointments
with the Doctor for diagnosis of the reports 11) Educating the patient
regarding his/her disease and the available treatment options and costs of
the different medical procedures 12) Provision of direct reporting of
test/diagnosis results to the doctor or unit through the internet or under
the business plan at minimal cost 13) Registering the user and providing him
with a username and password for future reference 14) Storage of all the
medical records which are registered through the website 15) Registration
with the doctor prior to meeting with the doctor (giving him a fixed time
slot and educating him about the fees of different doctors) 16) Tie-up with
different organizations to provide discounts and preference to users of the
website 17) Providing IT back up to the units to support the above idea 18)
Setting up of an call center to provide the above facilities through phones/landline/mobile
19) Provide the information through SMS or GPRS website |
Health |
It
will completely revolutionize the way people think about healthcare and bring
cost affordability and knowledge to the entire society. 1) Increase the
knowledge of the society 2) Decrease the hassles during the cumbersome
process of Healthcare for the patient/relatives and friends 3) Simplify the
process of registration for tests/diagnosis/reporting 4) Earn revenue through
advertisements on the websites, sell biomedical equipment and medical related
products on the website 5) Increase the usage of departments/equipment in the
hospital/test centers/diagnosis centers 6) Provide means of alternate medical
procedures to the user 7) Provide tools for self diagnosis of diseases and ailments
8) Take a profit percentage on the tests/hospital admissions done through the
business plan |

Identification No (UIN) is a concept that would provide a single No, which would
be unique to every human being and would be provided as soon as a child is
born, this would serve as an Identification No for that Personality
throughout his/her lifetime. To be implemented using Ipv6. The UIN can be
used to track the person, it could be used to track his present telephone No
or his bank account No, he would require to authenticate his UIN before he
can make any transaction or buy a travel ticket or for any other purpose.
There should also be adequate measures be taken to ensure that the UIN of one
person not be used by someone else to prevent misuse. This can be implemented
using the existing IP network. Yes its possible if No portability, Social
Security No, DNS and Roaming all over the world with a mobile can be made
